Service rating : Straight forward and easy to navigate web site. Very happy with information provided. Product : Whilst the rooms were adequate and the staff helpful we found the dining experience disappointing with pork served 3 nights in a row. As the hotel was also predominantly 'all inclusive' it meant that we were unable to select wine by the bottle (we were not all inclusive). The surrounding bars were very noisy at night making it difficult to sleep before midnight. However that was not the fault of the hotel. We were only staying at this hotel to visit friends for a few days and it wouldn't have been our choice but was convenient. I am, sure that it is fine overall as a 3 star all inclusive with clientele to match

Service rating : No probloem. Product : Unfortunately there is a need for a porter to help with taking cases to the room. There are far too many stairs for people to carry their cases up to. This one thing could make me think again before booking with Holiday Centre.

On 13-May-2013 the supplier responded: Thank you for your email. The changes to easyjet's check in procedures are very recent and we do apologise if you were not advised pre-departure. This has now been rectified and holidaymakers that have an easyjet flight booked are now sent a reminder before they travel.
The L'etoille is in a great location and having stayed there before I agree that Icmeler is a lovely place.
Service rating : When we arrived at the Hotel they never had any record of our booking and said that they did not have a contract with yourselves Product : Hotel was great, especially providing us with a room when they never had any booking/.
They also let us change our Half Board option from Dinner to lunch as we ate our some nights.
On 10-May-2013 the supplier responded: I am very sorry to hear of the confusion you faced on arrival. We do in fact have a direct contract with the hotel and they received and confirmed the reservation on the same day that you made the booking. (07/01). We send reservations directly to the hotel and include a copy of the voucher so I am not quite sure why they did not recognise it. I do hope that despite the poor start you did manage to enjoy the rest of your holiday.
Service rating : Have used Fresh holidays in the past.. and will use again.. very good. Product : The 'Holiday inn' Peartree Oxford was spot on. Easy fast road connections to get there....clean..spacious rooms all staff brilliant and tasty breakfasts. Almost door to door 'Park and ride' bus into Oxford centre made it perfect. Will go again.

Service rating : i was worried about booking through this company as i had never heard of them before but i couldnt have asked for a better holiday from booking to coming home they were polite on the phone and got me everything i wanted from flights to private tranfers would recommend to others and will be booking with them again. Product : hotel was lovely sea views,great with the kids lots of evening entertainment.the only down side was the food it was the same all week so did eat out for a few nights which was a nice change.the pool was freezing my daughter came out dithering and that was only a few minutes in the pool but put that down to the time of year that we went which was the last week in april.hotel staff are polite room cleaned every day with fresh towels.

Service rating : good prices, good service, booked airport transfer which was a private car i was expecting a coach so that was a nice surprice, and i didnt need to confirm the return transfer driver was on time, no hassle really good service. Product : nice clean hotel,staff very helpfull and friendly, spa is lovely and Lola who works there is a sweetheart. the only negative thing i can say is that the sun chairs around the pool are the most uncomfortable i have ever laid on, poor for a 4star hotel and they do not give you pool towels.

On 24-Apr-2013 the supplier responded: Thank you for your reply. Wow the Marina Suites must have really impressed if she wants to book again already! The infinity pool there is pretty spectacular though so it's no wonder she would like to go back.
Service rating : Tried calling you emergency number and got an answering machine, left message and got no reply!!! Product : Specifically stated didn't want a one bedroom apt hence why I booked two studios arrived at Laguna 1 and was told it was 2 x one bedroom apts that I had. Told me there was no studios although I had paperwork proving it's what I had booked. After 2hrs of debating with them suddenly two studios were available!! One of the patio doors didn't have a lock, spring was coming through the mattress, went back again to reception saying we needed a mattress and door fixed, were told housekeeping weren't in and was not security guards job, I offered to move the mattresses as it was the only way I could sleep. The security guard stood and watched me remove sheets, lift mattress and take it 50m to my room then remove existing mattress and return the burst mattress back to the other room and remake bed. I am a 44yr old woman who has asthma and found this really difficult. Four hours from stepping into Laguna 1 I eventually got to my bed exhausted. I was absolutely appalled by their actions. I did trying phoning the emergency number you give but got an answering machine!! The following morning after 3hrs sleep repair man came and confirmed patio doors were broken and couldn't get fixed that day so we got moved again!
On 17-Apr-2013 the supplier responded: Thank you for taking the time to respond. I am very sorry to hear of the confusion on arrival. Having checked your booking details I can see you did originally book 1 x 1 bedroom apartment but then changed this to be 2 x studios. The Laguna Park 1 have advised us that they did offer to upgrade you to 2 x 1 bedroom apartments on arrival which would have been bigger than the studios you paid for. However on your request they did give you the 2 x studios. I have checked our call logs for the emergency phone and can see that you did call however you did not leave a message. We do say on the message that if you leave your name, telephone number and booking ref we will call you straight back. Once again I would like to apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you and hope that you still managed to enjoy your holiday.
Service rating : fast , friendly and helpful Product : Lift queues on many occasions, resulting in climbing down or up 206 steps when staying on 8th floor.
Food basic.
Rooms could do with a thorough clean.
On the positive, reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

It was strange but I rang Fresh and they assured me it was fine Product : Just really lovely! Would go again if I could afford it.
