The accommodation at the Paraiso Royal Apartments comprises of a number of apartments over two floors, each apartment has a private bathroom/shower, a kitchenette and a balcony, and being equipped with local and satellite television, and a safety deposit box. (Some cost may be paid locally).
The facilities at the apartments include a pool bar and a swimming pool with children's area. A good selection of shops, bars and restaurants can be found within 500 metres.
Completely renovated in 2003, this holiday complex comprises a total of 70 accommodation units. Within the 2-storey main building is a reception area.
Please note that the reception at this family-run complex is only open at set times. For this reason, it is important to inform the establishment of arrival time in advance. There is an emergency telephone number (0034 620 265 290) on the door and instructions on key collection will be given. In addition, some of the lodgings face the street, which may be noisy due to the lively bars.
The bright, tastefully fitted studios and apartments each come with a bathroom, a combined bedroom/lounge, a kitchenette with a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony. The functionally equipped apartments additionally feature a separate bedroom.

The three key Paraiso Royal Apartments are situated some 500 metres from the beach in Playa de las Americas on the south west coast of Tenerife, and about 11 miles from the Reina Sofia Airport.
This family-run apartment complex is centrally located in the tourist centre of Playa de las Americas just 300 m from the sandy beach of the same name. Veronicas leisure centre, offering a diverse selection of shopping and entertainment venues such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs and boutiques is to be found a few minutes' walk away (approximately 500 m from the apartment hotel). The nearest stop for the public transport service is some 100 m away.
