The major points of interest like the Coliseum, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain can easily be reached by metro, bus or on foot.
Location
By train from other cities or from the airport to Termini Station: exit on the left onto Via Giolitti and take the street in front that is Via Gioberti. Go straight on until the 3rd block and turn right. That is Farini 62. By car from the North (Florence) exit from the motorway A1 to the G.R.A. motorway (Grande Raccordo Anulare) and turn right, towards Via Salaria. Exit Via Salaria and go ahead to the centre of the city, towards Termini Station. Once arrived at Termini take Via Cavour, until the rear of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and turn left. Once arrived at the front entrance of the Basilica, take Via Gioberti. From the south (Fiumicino or Naples) on the G.R.A. head towards Eur and Via Cristoforo Colombo. Head straight on until arriving in the city centre and follow the signs to Termini Station. Once arrived at Termini take Via Cavour, until the rear of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and turn left. Once arrived at the front entrance of the Basilica, take Via Gioberti. Via Farini 62 is the first street on the right.
