The Kaissa Beach is a modern and luxuriously designed complex situated in a beautiful location, right by the seafront with a great view of the sea and distant mountains. Kaissa Beach is particularly suited to families and has a traditional Greek style and colourful architecture. Each apartment is well equipped surrounded by attractive gardens with flowers and palms.
Location
The Aegean Sea is only 10m from the entrance of the hotel, whilst a good selection of bars restaurants and tavernas as well as a range of shops are within 300m. The centre of Gouves is approx 600m, with Heraklion airport approx 18km away.
Features
The 38 studios & apartments are modern, spacious and very comfortable and are each equipped with an electric cooking ring, kettle, fridge, full kitchen utensils, TV (local channels), direct-line telephone, bathroom with shower and veranda or terrace. Air conditionining and safety deposit boxes are available at an extra charge payable locally. The pool bar serves cooling drinks and snacks and has a large satellite TV. The a la carte restaurant, serving traditional Mediterranean dishes and Greek specialites, has excellent views of the sea.
Activities
The swimming pool is a focal point of the hotel, surrounded by sun terraces with sunbeds and parasols, it's a great place to relax and catch up with your fellow holidaymakers. Other facilities at the complex include pool table, video games and theme evenings including karaoke, BBQ and live music. Kids have a section of the pool and a fun park to enjoy.

Kaissa Beach Apartments
Perhaps a bit tired BUT it's Greek, authentic, friendly, not all inclusive rubbish food and cheap drink this place gives you service at a reasonable price, fix minor faults at once (kettle did not cut off making steam pour through switch, toilet kept on trickling) and it is right on the coast road with a great choice of alternative dining and Bars. We never return to same place twice but would consider another stint here. Not the resort for clubbing or stag/hen does - lets hope it stays that way!
