apts are clean,pretty basic but all you need for a holiday.right in old town can be noisy depending on other guests!!!quite a few stag and hen parties at weekends.

we have stayed at these apartments before and always had a nice room, but the room this time was at the back and was very dark, we had the light on all day, you could only tell what the weather was like from the balcony if you leaned out and looked up!!also we were overlooking a residential apt block which was not very pretty!! i would stay here again if we had a room which overlooked the street.the maid service was very good

I am sure it was disappointing to receive a room in such a poor location, particularly as you had been to the property previously.
Its a shame you didn't contact us at the time, as we could have spoken with the hotel to see if they could move you. Hopefully this didn't detract from your enjoyment too much!

Why not call us directly, it may be possible to "request" a specific room or location within the hotel.
