Property Summary
This resort extends over a number of neighbouring streets. In the 7,000 m² garden area guests will find 512 apartments, located in 2-storey bungalows and divided into three zones. A coin-operated launderette is available. There is also the Club San Jaime bar and restaurant complex, plus a supermarket and a private medical centre. The main commercial area of Son Bou offers a selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops.

The spacious apartments are equipped with a freeze, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, iron and a small kitchenette, a lounge with a dining area, a bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 smaller bedroom. The apartments are cleaned and towels changed twice a week. Bed linen is changed once a week.

Location
On leaving the airport: continue straight ahead past the first roundabout until reaching the next roundabout, at the main Mahon/Ciudadela road. Turn left towards Ciudadela. Follow this road for roughly 12 km past Alaior on the right, and shortly after that, there is a signpost for Son Bou. Turn right and proceed along the maid road, following the signs for Son Bou. Continue along this road (roughly 5 km), and guests will come to a tunnel in the hillside. After passing the tunnel, at the second roundabout turn left and follow this road. Just before the end of this road turn right and you will find the reception office of M.M Property Rentals after a few hundred metres on the right-hand side, from where the key to the property should be collected.

Activities
In the complex grounds, there are 4 pools, children's paddling pools and sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols. For an additional fee, guests may take advantage of the tennis, bike hire, as well as the pool table. Close the complex we can find surf, diving and others. The nearest golf course is about 25 km away.
