Pierre & Vacances Residence Le Chamois Blanc is located just 300 metres from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, which provides direct access to the exceptional Vallee Blanche trail.(outings with guide recommended). Chamonix Mont Blanc ski area has 155 km of runs (75 runs - 13 black, 24 red, 27 blue and 11 green), 38 km of cross country ski runs and 17 km of walking paths. Residence Le Chamois Blanc 500 meters from the resort centre, in the Chamonix-Sud quarter, close to a large number of shops under arcades, bars, nightclubs and the pedestrian walkway.
There are 52 apartments at the property and 3 lifts. All 1 bedroom apartments sleep 4-5 and have a fully equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, fridge, microwave-grill oven, dishwasher and coffeemaker), bathroom, telephone and TV. The 1 bedroom apartments consist of a living area with 1 single sofa bed and 1 pull out sofa bed and 1 bedroom separated by a moveable partition with a double bed. ***please note that the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years of age***
Please note that a breakage deposit of 200 euros per apartment is required upon arrival and refundable upon departure. The local tourist tax of approximately 1 euro per adult per night (children under 13 are free) is payable upon arrival. Types of payment accepted for these charges are Visa, euro card, MasterCard, euro cheques and euros.
