Property Summary
The Club Viva Hotel & Apartments is a newly built property that has already gained a reputation as one of the nicest places to holiday in the area. Away from the hustle and bustle of central Marmaris, the Club Viva is sure to become a firm favourite. Rooms and apartments are nicely furnished and there is a large pool that the kids will love.For this reason we have given the Club Viva a 4 sun OHG star rating. Standard and family rooms are equipped with satellite TV, mini bar (on charge), telephone, air conditioning (on local charge) and safety boxes (on charge). Some of them have balcony and some are on ground floor.Family rooms are formed from two standard rooms with connecting doors and so have two bathrooms with hairdryer. Apartments have one bedroom that is twin or double-bedded, a shower or bath and WC, a living area with two sofa beds and a kitchenette area. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge and two electric rings suitable for preparing snacks and breakfast. Apartments also have a direct dial telephone, balcony, air-conditioning (local charge) and safety deposit box (local charge). Some rooms are ground floor.

Location
The hotel is situated approximately 15 minutes walk from the centre of Marmaris and the beach. this can easily be reached by local dolmus which pass in front of the hotel. the hotel is located close to a tradiotional Muslim Mosque.
