The hotel Beverly Park is situated in Playa Del Ingles, just 100 metres from the lovely sandy beach, 300 metres from the Tropical shopping centre, 1 kilometre from San Agustin shopping centre, about 1.5 kilometres from Playa Del Ingles centre, 30 kilometres from the airport and 50 metres from a bus stop.

Facilities at Beverly park include 3 swimming pools (one for children), children's playground, mini club (open subject to volume of children), terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, jacuzzis, mini-golf, two tennis courts and shuffleboard area, disco, reception, lounge with TV room, card room, shop, hairdressers, restaurant (buffet style) offering a selection of international cuisine, snack & pizzeria and pool bar. There is a vending machine for cold drinks on each floor, for drinking only in the room. The hotel's animation team organise games and activities during the day. In the evening the animation team put on shows and there are also professional shows in the disco.Air Conditioning in rooms is available from 21/6/09 - 20/9/09 only.
